James Sedgwick

Biography

Having begun his career in the arts and university lecturing, James subsequently moved into counselling about a decade ago. Initially involved in supporting refugees in Coventry, he subsequently moved into the NHS around 8 years ago and remain employed there locally to deliver psychodynamic therapy and CBT in primary care setting. James has post-graduate level qualifications in both Transactional Analysis and CBT and practitioner-level training in psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, person-centred therapy and mindfulness.
